Wind Symphony
Conducted by Anton Coleman, the Repertoire includes Symphonic Winds standards. Students and adults with six or more years' experience welcome to participate.

Placement Auditions for those new to the Wind Symphony:

Musicians new to WSCO or new to the Wind Symphony are asked to play for the conductor or one of the coaches at the start of the season.

Auditions will take place prior to the beginning of each session at Chief Sealth High School

For placement in the Wind Symphony, please be prepared to play:

2 Major scales of your choice (2 octaves)

2 Minor scales of your choice (2 octaves)
-
2 minutes of your choice of excerpts, or a piece you have prepared.

Expect some sight-reading (which will be an excerpt of current repertoire)

Students K-12: FREE!

Adult fee: $75 for Fall session, $150 for Winter/Spring session
