Concert Information
We invite you to join the West Seattle Community Orchestras for our final performances of the 2025-2026 season. This May, our ensembles draw inspiration from the globe for our theme, "Our Beautiful World."
Experience the power of live orchestral music as we travel from the depths of space to the heart of the American countryside.
On Tuesday, May 12, 2026 @ 6:00 PM, take a journey through time and imagination! The Debut Orchestra will transport us with the nostalgic themes of The Never Ending Story and the swing of Irving Berlin’s Blue Skies, while the Concert Orchestra brings the grandeur of the world stage to West Seattle with Gershwin’s An American in Paris and the explosive energy of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture.
On Friday, May 15, 2026 @ 7:00 PM, witness the majesty of our planet and beyond. The Wind Symphony performs the breathtaking first movement of Julie Giroux’s The Blue Marble and the coastal energy of Pacific Grooves. The Symphony Orchestra will close our season with a sweeping trip to the "New World" via Dvorak’s iconic Symphony No. 9 and the magical, spirited Overture to Oberon.
